Als je een bezichtiging aanvraagt op een woning via funda, zou het netjes zijn als er ook wordt gereageerd door de verkopend makelaar. De woning bleek een dag later verkocht op funda. Blijkbaar doet deze makelaar in een dergelijk geval geen moeite om verder richting aanvragers te communiceren. Onprofessioneel.

Point for improvement for Natascha. It was indicated that we, as investors, would like to have some information about a property she is selling. I asked if the relevant real estate agent, despite the property no longer being available, could still contact us. Unfortunately, this was not possible. A pity that we can no longer do any more business. Tip for Natascha: don't fill in for the customer but ask what the customer wants. Be open-minded.

A while ago, I showed interest for the first time in an apartment offered by Boer Makelaardij. At their request, I sent a large amount of information, after which I heard nothing from them. After two weeks, I called them anyway. What I received were apologies for not having provided feedback and a promise that it would not happen again in the future. Meanwhile, it has been three weeks since I responded for the second time and sent my data; still no response from Boer Makelaardij. The lady on the phone just gave as an excuse that it had to do with the implementation of GDPR... That is obviously a poor excuse for bad service. I am glad that in the meantime, through another agency, I have been able to find a rental property.
