In October 2022, we decided to buy an apartment for our son, who had just started his studies at the RUG. Since we came from abroad, we knew that we would encounter many difficulties, starting with the language barrier and extending to cultural and regulatory issues. Martin from AnderZ Real Estate became our first point of contact and partner in Groningen. He guided us through the acquisition process and helped us hire all basic services.
