Martin knows the market and Groningen very well. We were in perfect hands. Sometimes we would lose hope, but he was enthusiastic about showing houses and explaining things throughout the entire process. In the end, we got a beautiful house for less than the asking price because he acted neatly within the deadline. That's the advantage of working with a renowned real estate agent. Everyone knows him and their company. I highly recommend AndZ Real Estate.

Fine and realistic (purchase) broker, with knowledge of the housing market. Another broker offered exactly the support I was looking for (so-called purchase coach). I could always spar very well with Martin and shoot all my questions at him, where you get an immediate response day or night. Recommended!

Martin en zijn team waren erg aardig en zeer efficiënt om ons te helpen ons huis te vinden in deze zeer gespannen markt.
