The only one (almost) without language errors on her website. Most pleasant was the good balance between being sufficiently formal and polite on the one hand, and approachable and relaxed on the other. Perhaps somewhat optimistic in a declining market, but which agent wasn't? I would call them again next time.

Tijdens de bezichtiging te horen gekregen dat we niet aan de huureisen zouden voldoen. Dit terwijl wij van te voren al onze gegevens hadden opgestuurd en ze ons dus voor niks op bezichtiging heeft laten komen.....
