7 weeks after meeting, we had viewed our second house with the real estate agent, made our first offer, and bought a house. Where I initially found the remark 'within 3-9 months you'll have a house' very enthusiastic, it was achieved in those 7 weeks. All contacts went smoothly and quickly. The advantage of a purchasing agent for us was someone who looks at the house with a slightly different perspective and mainly someone who handles all matters around the purchase since we don't understand these things ourselves. We are very satisfied with the real estate agent and recommend it to everyone else.
