By the end of October 2021, we were certain that after our retirement, we wanted to move in together in a quieter neighborhood and closer to nature, either in northern Drenthe or the south of the city of Groningen. Therefore, we had to sell two houses located along the bike path to high school and university and buy one larger house. In order to choose a real estate agent that suited us, we had conversations with several agents. After all, we ourselves have little knowledge about buying and selling houses. We used the following criteria: honesty and clarity, construction technical expertise, not too expensive, good telephone accessibility, and smooth communication. We ended up with Klaas Wilting from NAMACO (national real estate agent collective) Groningen. We have been working with him since then. Now, April 2022, we are very satisfied with his efforts and the result: a beautiful house purchased in the south of the city, and our houses in the north of the city sold at good prices. Klaas and his team have supported us well in selecting and purchasing our new house. This was especially due to the fact that Klaas Wilting really felt and understood our wishes.
