We got in touch with Namaco on the recommendation of a friend. We were received by Klaas and Larissa in a very professional and friendly manner, during which we discussed our wishes and expectations. Klaas gave us an overview of the Groningen market and which areas would best fit our price and housing expectations. After finding a house that suited us, Klaas accompanied us on viewings and provided feedback on his opinion and realistic offer prices, answering all questions we had. Following Klaas's advice, we won the house and were very happy because the pricing advice was accurate. Klaas helped us draft the contracts and explained every step in detail. All subsequent documentation and processes, from bank mortgage to notary and so on, were handled by Klaas who guided us through it all. It was an absolutely pleasant and stress-free experience using NAMACO as our real estate agent and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a house in the Groningen region
