Satisfied with the service provided by Namaco overall. As newcomers, we were reasonably well-guided through the process and already had a house on offer after one viewing. However, I did not always experience the contact as very personal. During the final inspection of the house, the Namaco buyer's agent asked if his client (me) was there, while I was standing next to him and had just been talking to him - it can happen naturally, but it is not particularly personal. Furthermore, after the final inspection, the buyer's agent did not accompany us to the notary for the transfer (because he did not have time for it). I do not know how common this is nowadays, but the notary found it rather strange.
