Na 34 jaar Groningen hebben wij besloten om te gaan verhuizen naar Winschoten. Voor de verkoop en de koop kwam Namaco Groningen op ons pad. Normaal gesproken verkoop je eerst je eigen woning voordat je een andere woning gaat kopen. Alleen wij werden gelijk verliefd op de eerste woning die wij tegen kwamen in Winschoten. Kjeld heeft hier het voortouw in genomen en na overleg besloten om deze te gaan kopen. Klaas heeft de verkoop van onze woning op zich genomen. Dan komt er een heleboel papierwerk op je af. Voor de koop van onze nieuwe woning hebben een overbruggingshyptheek moeten nemen. Hier heeft Klaas zijn uiterste best voor gedaan en het is gelukt. Met Kjeld heel veel contact gehad zowel telefonisch als in de app. Het dreamteam Kjeld, Klaas en Larissa zijn makkelijk te bereiken, zijn snel, duidelijk in het communiceren en bovenal prettig in de samenwerking en in de omgang.Wij zijn Klaas, Kjeld en Larissa dankbaar voor de grote inzet en de hele fijne samenwerking

Zeer fijn makelaarskantoor. Altijd goed bereikbaar, meedenkend en flexibel. Er wordt op een vriendelijke en deskundige manier geholpen bij het vinden van een passende woning. Wij waardeerden ook erg de eerlijkheid van de makelaar op momenten dat wij vooral positief waren over een woning. Hierdoor maak je gezamenlijk een gewogen beslissing. Kortom kunnen we deze makelaar zeker aanbevelen.

We zijn ontzettend blij met de verkoop van ons huis door Klaas en de Namaco team. After nearly half a year of 'do it ourselves' and little success, we decided to change course and hire a real estate agent. We remembered a pleasant viewing from the previous year where we had contacted Klaas van Namaco. After some research, we found that they received good reviews from others, making them our first choice. We were able to meet shortly after to discuss our wishes and mutual expectations and were given access to a website (unlike Funda) where we could list all of our wants and needs. This greatly helped us gain insight into our requirements and preferences, allowing us to efficiently filter through all the offered houses. Half a year later, we became proud owners of our own home. Namaco assisted us throughout the purchase process, making it quite easy for us. This was very nice since everything was new to us and we had many questions. Additionally, we found the mutual contacts very pleasant, partly due to their pragmatic and fair approach. In our opinion, Namaco is definitely recommended!
