He thinks along with you well and considers what the best possibilities are for you. He is clear and gives clear advice on what is possible and what is not. Larissa Molenkamp is a support and a pillar on the office. She takes a lot of work off your hands and makes sure that everything behind the scenes is arranged down to the last detail.

We got in touch with Namaco after a recommendation from a friend. We were greeted by Klaas and Larissa in a professional yet friendly manner, where we discussed our needs and expectations. Klaas provided us with an overview of the Groningen market and which areas would best suit our budget and housing preferences. After finding a house that we liked, Klaas accompanied us during the viewing and gave his feedback on his opinion and realistic bidding price, as well as answering all of our questions. Following Klaas's advice, we won the house and were very happy because the pricing advice was spot-on. Klaas helped us with arranging the contracts and explained every step along the way. All subsequent documentation and processes from bank mortgage to notary etc., were handled by Klaas who guided us through everything. As a demanding and detail-oriented customer, I am impressed by Namaco and their quality of service, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for property

After nearly half a year of 'do it ourselves' and little success, we decided to change course and hire a real estate agent. We remembered a pleasant viewing from the previous year where we had contacted Klaas van Namaco. After some research, we found that they received good reviews from others, making them our first choice. We were able to meet within a short time frame to discuss our wishes and mutual expectations and were given access to a website (unlike Funda) where we could list all of our wishes and requirements. This greatly helped us gain insight into our needs and wants, allowing us to efficiently filter through all the offered houses. Half a year later, we became proud owners of our own home. Namaco assisted us throughout the purchase process, making it quite easy for us. This was very nice since everything was new to us and we had many questions. Additionally, we found the mutual contacts very pleasant, partly due to their pragmatic and fair approach. In our opinion, Namaco is definitely recommended!

Klaas was incredibly clear about what we could and could not expect (from him and from the housing market), and helped us quickly to search very focused. At the first viewing (a few weeks after the initial meeting) it was an immediate hit. Partly due to luck, but certainly also thanks to the service of Klaas and his colleagues. Also making the offer went smoothly; Klaas gives realistic advice where needed, but also leaves ample room to think and decide on the offer. In the end we made an offer just below the highest bid, without offering more than the house is worth.

As starters, we had no idea what to pay attention to and had many questions about the entire process. Namaco was fantastic and helped us very well! Klaas joined us on several viewings at short notice and was always honest. Both Klaas and Larissa thought along with us and were readily available for all our questions. They kept a close eye on everything. Really top-notch! The transfer will take place next month. We have no doubt that Namaco will continue to support us well.
