De cijfers geven exact onze ervaring weer. Fijn was ook de tevredenheid (zowel over de woning maar ook over het verkooptraject) van de kopers te ervaren. Extra bijzonder was de gezamenlijke ondertekening van het voorlopig koopcontract in "ons" huis.

Namaco Groningen has been great for me. Both when buying my new house and subsequently selling my 'old' house, I was excellently assisted. Everything went smoothly with short lines, clear agreements and always friendly and enthusiastic (but realistic). The method of bidding they use is also sympathetic. Via registration, one-time offering. In short, highly recommended this real estate agency.

Allemaal helemaal prima, Goed bereikbaar, vriendelijk, geen op of aanmerkingen. Werd ook geluisterd en eventueel bijgesteld wanneer ik het zelf net even anders wilde. Nogmaals gewoon top! Hadden ze nu met bloemen op de stoep gestaan op de dag van definitieve verkoop was het natuurlijk een 10 geweest. Grapje.

Simply super how fast Sinterklaas arranged everything for us! It was all rather last minute because we had our own viewing planned, but that wasn't a problem. He advised us competently and well, which is why we now have our dream home!

We hebben onze makelaar erg positief ervaren. Zijn (technisch-bouwkundige) deskundigheid, zijn empathisch vermogen en daardoor het op een prima manier meedenken over wat in onze situatie (leeftijd/woonwensen/onze waarden) een passende woning is. Het hele proces (zowel de praktische stappen als de communicatie) liep prettig/efficiënt en effectief. Dat betreft zowel Klaas Wilting als zijn team. Bovenal zijn we blij met het gekochte huis. Dat is toevallig het allermooiste huis op de allermooiste plek van de wereld.

By the end of October 2021, we were certain that after our retirement, we wanted to move in together in a quieter neighborhood and closer to nature, either in northern Drenthe or the south of the city of Groningen. Therefore, we had to sell two houses located along the bike path to high school and university and buy one larger house. In order to choose a real estate agent that suited us, we had conversations with several agents. After all, we ourselves have little knowledge about buying and selling houses. We used the following criteria: honesty and clarity, construction technical expertise, not too expensive, good telephone accessibility, and smooth communication. We ended up with Klaas Wilting from NAMACO (national real estate agent collective) Groningen. We have been working with him since then. Now, April 2022, we are very satisfied with his efforts and the result: a beautiful house purchased in the south of the city, and our houses in the north of the city sold at good prices. Klaas and his team have supported us well in selecting and purchasing our new house. This was especially due to the fact that Klaas Wilting really felt and understood our wishes. Inmiddels een maand de enorm trotse eigenaar van mijn eerste huis! Na het zien van dit prachtige appartement dacht ik, dit ga ik in deze tijd niet alleen redden. Via via werd Klaas mij aangeraden en heb ik contact gezocht met hem. Hij stond gelijk voor me klaar en zorgde er direct voor dat hij de woning zelf ook kon bezichtigen. Klaas heeft mij als aankoopmakelaar geweldig bijgestaan, was eerlijk over de huidige woningmarkt en wat ik hierin kon verwachten. We happened to come across NAMACO because it was close to our house. And certainly no regrets about that! Klaas has supported us very well. He is truly a no-nonsense realtor who offers top quality for a very reasonable price. He didn't let himself be swayed by these crazy times (which we sometimes did), but in the end he made sure we could buy a beautiful home without overbidding. Klaas is very jovial and easy to deal with, and very important in these crazy times: extremely reachable. He always responds immediately or calls back quickly. Even on weekends he's not too bothered to respond to a text message. In short, we are very satisfied and every cent spent was worth it!
