Klaas has been recommended by a friend of ours. Our search started out being very orienting in nature. We were planning to view a few houses before buying. However, the second house we saw seemed to be 'The one'. There were only viewings possible for this house for 2 more days after our visit, but luckily Fijko made himself available on short term. He looked at the house, saw some potential issues we didn't notice, and supported/handled a lot of the work that needed to be done here (communication, tax report, negotiations, advice on bidding etc.). After that we got the house. We also got help with mortgages and insurances from Namaco. Klaas was very calm during these processes and explained a lot of things. He also advised and supported us in less direct (but still related) issues regarding the mortgages. We were also very happy with the services he provided.

From the beginning, the contact with Namaco was very pleasant and indeed also realistic and well-intentioned. We had already contacted interested parties in an earlier stage, who were smoothly transferred to Namaco's activities. The discussion about the sales approach was clear and fit well with our ideas and wishes. During the process, we were always informed and involved when decisions needed to be made along the way. He thinks along with you well and considers what the best possibilities are for you. He is clear and gives clear advice on what is possible and what is not. Larissa Molenkamp is a support and a pillar on the office. She takes a lot of work off your hands and makes sure that everything behind the scenes is arranged down to the last detail.

We got in touch with Namaco after a recommendation from a friend. We were greeted by Klaas and Larissa in a professional yet friendly manner, where we discussed our needs and expectations. Klaas provided us with an overview of the Groningen market and which areas would best suit our budget and housing preferences. After finding a house that we liked, Klaas accompanied us during the viewing and gave his feedback on his opinion and realistic bidding price, as well as answering all of our questions. Following Klaas's advice, we won the house and were very happy because the pricing advice was spot-on. Klaas helped us with arranging the contracts and explained every step along the way. All subsequent documentation and processes from bank mortgage to notary etc., were handled by Klaas who guided us through everything. As a demanding and detail-oriented customer, I am impressed by Namaco and their quality of service, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for property
