During the process, Jeroen and Pieter helped us fantastically. They were very accessible (e.g., via Whatsapp), approachable, friendly and really thought with us about what was feasible and suitable for us. One of the two always went along to a viewing, inspecting the house with a personal and critical eye. Afterwards, one of the two also accompanied us to look at the VVE documents. Super educational, because we really didn't know where to look in that area. They let an appraiser come along to assess the appraisal value, which allowed us to make targeted offers. Also, the team around them was very pleasant: appointments were made quickly. We received quick responses to our messages. The short lines with All in Financial made the mortgage application process also easier and smoother. We now have a nice house and are very satisfied with the service!
