Absolutely recommendable! In the past weeks I have intensely collaborated with Pieter and his team, which has turned out very well. He knows what he's talking about, knows the entire city by heart and has contacts everywhere. He does everything to make sure that everything goes as smoothly as possible, and that just works out very nicely. What I found particularly pleasant was the feeling of having someone who is really on your side and genuinely advocates for your interests. To be honest, I found the whole process at times quite exciting (choosing a house, making an offer, arranging a mortgage) and if someone then thinks with you in a sober and structured way, that's worth its weight in gold. The only thing I would do differently next time is choose the mortgage advisor with whom Pieter collaborates a lot. Then the lines are shorter and that's important, because arranging such a mortgage has to be done within a certain timeframe and you don't want it to go wrong there.
