Strong recommendation! Over the past few weeks I have intensively worked with Pieter and his team, which has been very satisfactory. He knows what he's talking about, knows every inch of the city by heart, and has contacts everywhere. He does everything to make sure that everything runs as smoothly as possible, and it works out really well. What I found particularly pleasant is the feeling that someone is truly on your side and genuinely advocating for your interests. To be honest, at times I found the entire process of choosing a house, bidding, and arranging a mortgage quite stressful, and having someone think along with you in a clear and structured manner is invaluable. The only thing I would do differently next time is to choose the mortgage advisor that Pieter works closely with. This way, communication lines are shorter, which is important since arranging a mortgage needs to be done within a certain timeframe and you don't want it to go wrong because of this. RECOMMENDED! After trying for some time to buy a house ourselves, we eventually enlisted the help of Plan Makelaars.
