We had an excellent experience with Schreuder Makelaars and highly value their service in the current tight housing market situation. We can wholeheartedly recommend our real estate agent Stephan de Poel. During more than 3 months of active searching and house hunting, we received full assistance with all matters: booking/canceling viewings, contacting sellers, inspecting houses, market analysis, making offers, drafting deeds, and so on. Other supporting tasks were also always handled politely, responded to quickly via email or WhatsApp, and generally very nice, regardless of the questions we asked. The price is well justified as it does not change with the number of visits/offers (of which we had many) until you find your reassuring home.
