After a few months, we realize that this is not the right intermediary regarding the broker. Minimal contact and questions only partially answered. We also find out that the basics were handled just okay. Therefore, I do not recommend Jan Leeuwis and Schreuder for your mortgage.

In our search for a home that met both of our wishes, we were very professionally assisted by the Schreuder real estate agency. We often viewed properties in the presence of Harry Schreuder. As a broker, you notice different details about a property than when you are a buyer. It was pleasant to be able to discuss things after each viewing. And sometimes Harry would say: 'This doesn't suit you.' At one point he knew exactly what we were looking for. Thanks to him, we found our future home. We look forward to moving in spring 2018. But also the sale of our current home was professionally handled by Schreuder Real Estate (Annelinde Tent). Meest onprofessioneel bedrijf dat er is. De persoon die je rondleidt, weet niet eens waar hij heen moet. Als je een plek vindt en aanbiedt, hoor je na een half dozijn keer niets terug. Als je dan wilt huren, reageren ze bewust niet totdat ze meer bezichtigingen hebben en beginnen dan een biedoorlog. Geldzuigende kakkerlakken. Maar dat is normaal voor alle Nederlandse woningbouwers. Corrupte geldminnende griezels.
