Despite the fact that this was not our own agent at the time, we were so pleased with them that for years we also engaged them as our own buying and selling agents. And we have never regretted it! The team at Schreuder is competent, friendly, sharp, and simply a pleasure to work with.

Door hun kundige aanpak is de aankoop bijzonder snel tot stand gekomen en het allerbelangrijkste voor een reële prijs aangekocht. Daarnaast hebben ze mij geholpen met het juiste advies om mijn huis te verkopen in Vries. Zowel de aankoop als verkoop verliep voor alle partijen fantastisch! We hebben een geweldige ervaring gehad met Schreuder Makelaars en waarderen hun service enorm in de huidige krappe huizenmarkt. Ik kan onze makelaar Stephan de Poel van harte aanbevelen. Gedurende meer dan 3 maanden van actieve zoektocht en huizenjacht kregen we volledige ondersteuning bij alle zaken: het boeken/annuleren van bezichtigingen, contact opnemen met verkopers, het inspecteren van huizen, marktanalyses, bieden, het opstellen van aktes, enzovoort. Ook de overige ondersteuning was altijd beleefd, er werd snel gereageerd via e-mail of WhatsApp en over het algemeen waren we erg aardig, ongeacht de vragen die we stelden. De prijs is goed te rechtvaardigen, omdat deze niet verandert met het aantal bezichtigingen/biedingen (en dat waren er nogal wat) totdat je het huis hebt dat je geruststelt.

Harry has a thorough knowledge of and years of experience with the housing market in Groningen. He advised us carefully when buying an apartment where various problems were present that would not have been clear to someone without expertise, and eventually, after patiently visiting several offers together, he found the apartment that perfectly suits our needs. Harry and his team were extraordinarily professional with open and honest communication in both Dutch and English, even during the Christmas and New Year's holiday period. We can wholeheartedly recommend Harry and his office.
