The real estate agent was already clear about a target price after the first viewing. The final purchase price turned out to be slightly higher. Agreements for listing, photography, and 360-degree video were strictly adhered to, carried out smoothly, and presented well. The subsequent steps of placing it on Funda (Dutch real estate platform), viewings, and bids proceeded satisfactorily as did the closing process. The agent was involved in everything and provided clear and patient explanations several times to the seller (my 93-year-old mother); this assistance was very welcome. Overall, a smooth completion of the entire process, to our satisfaction, with all agreements fulfilled.
