HLDR Makelaar is de slechtste makelaar. Ik had minder dan een halve ster gegeven als dat mogelijk was geweest. Huur hem niet in voor de aankoop of verkoop van het huis of chalet. Ik heb hem vorig jaar ingehuurd voor de verkoop van mijn chalet in Europarcs, maar omdat het een leasehold chalet was, trad de makelaar zelf op als notaris. Nadat het chalet aan de koper was overgedragen, heeft de makelaar het resterende bedrag van € 42.000 van de € 100.000 van de verkoopprijs niet overgemaakt. Ik moest een rechtszaak aanspannen en een advocatenkantoor inhuren om het geld terug te krijgen. De rechtszaak loopt nog. Ik kan alle bewijzen overleggen aan iedereen die contact met me opneemt en bewijs nodig heeft om mijn verklaring te verifiëren. Er was een maand geleden een slechte recensie, maar die is nu verwijderd. Dus op de een of andere manier manipuleert de makelaar de recensies. Dus alleen goede recensies zijn zichtbaar en de slechte recensies worden verwijderd. Kijk eens naar de recensie van Mick Pessel, die lijkt te zijn geschreven door een familielid van hem.

The contact with real estate agent Mitchell was excellent. He came up with a convincing refreshing strategy to sell the house and kept me continuously informed and fantastically cared for. For the film and photos, I was slightly behind schedule but kept my head cool and even managed to sweep the front garden one more time. The house sold quickly so I am very satisfied and warmly recommend Mitchell.

Smooth and pleasant handling of the sale of my mother's (93) apartment. The real estate agent patiently and clearly explained to my mother what the procedure was and assisted with signing the agreement and transferring it at the notary. The pre-sale process, photos, brochure, and viewing were neatly handled according to schedule. Overall a pleasant experience and recommended.

The real estate agent was already clear about a target price after the first viewing. The final purchase price turned out to be slightly higher. Agreements for listing, photography, and 360-degree video were strictly adhered to, carried out smoothly, and presented well. The subsequent steps of placing it on Funda (Dutch real estate platform), viewings, and bids proceeded satisfactorily as did the closing process. The agent was involved in everything and provided clear and patient explanations several times to the seller (my 93-year-old mother); this assistance was very welcome. Overall, a smooth completion of the entire process, to our satisfaction, with all agreements fulfilled.

Contact with both René and Mitchell went very well. Despite the many questions I had, they took the time to provide clear and concise answers. These real estate agents sold our apartments (mine and my husband's) as requested, and also purchased our new home for us. In all three cases, the guidance was good.
