Ben is a friendly, honest, and sincere realtor. As a buyer's agent, Ben accompanied us twice and carefully walked through the house. He gave us extensive advice on construction aspects along with an assessment of costs if we planned to make minimal improvements. Additionally, Ben has a good understanding of the various neighborhoods in Haren and can tell you much about them. He also provided excellent advice on making a realistic offer for a home. The competitive housing market is challenging at this time.. As a seller's agent, Ben visited our home multiple times. He took ample time to go through everything thoroughly and helped sell the house in an honest and effective manner. We are extremely satisfied with the purchase and sale process that Ben Rozema from Dunning real estate guided us through.
