We have engaged the real estate agency Dunning for the purchase of our new house and the sale of our old house. Here, Ben Rozema has helped us fantastically. Ben is a friendly, honest, and sincere realtor. As a buyer's agent, Ben went with us twice to look at houses and carefully walked through each one. He gave us much advice on construction points along with an assessment of the costs if we wanted improvements that would minimally need to be addressed. Additionally, Ben has extensive knowledge about the different neighborhoods in Haren and can tell you a lot about them. Furthermore, he provided good advice on making a realistic offer for a house. The competitive housing market is not easy at this time. As a seller's agent, Ben came to our home multiple times. He took ample time to go through everything thoroughly and sold the house in an honest and fair manner together with us. We are extremely satisfied with the purchase and sale process that Ben Rozema from Dunning real estate has guided us through.
