Very pleasant contact with this real estate agent. When we were looking for our current home 12 years ago, we came across Dunning as the selling party. At that time, we experienced Dunning as professional and knowledgeable, and very agreeable to deal with. We had no moment's hesitation in finally hiring Dunning as our own real estate agent, and we have never regretted it. Especially the way Arnold Dunning and his staff communicate, support, and advise us has been very pleasant. Arnold is not a typical salesman who just talks pretty, but he is always honest, sincere, and transparent. Even for the buying party. The only disadvantage we sometimes experience is that he is very busy, but yes... that's also not so strange.
