Makelaardij Dunning heeft zeer deskundig en snel een verkoopplan opgesteld en uiteindelijk mijn woning in de verkoop gezet. Binnen 1 week waren de bezichtigingen ingepland en uitgevoerd en was de verkoop o.v. geëffectueerd naar mijn grote tevredenheid. Top service!

Zeer tevreden over deze makelaar, hij verkoopt een boel in Haren en ik merk dat hij de markt goed kent. Klantvriendelijk, geeft veel uitleg en doet moeite. Enige verbeterpunt was dat de adviezen die ik kreeg soms wat opsommend werden (alle mogelijkheden werden aangegeven) terwijl ik ook nog wel een duidelijker signaal wilde over wat nu de optie met de meeste kans van slagen was. Dit heb ik aangegeven in mondelinge feedback en ik verwacht / weet zeker dat deze makelaar ook dit punt nog verder gaat verbeteren. Aanrader dus!

A clear plan was made in advance about how, what and when. This was done during consultations where we could think along and give our input. On the other hand, the real estate agent was not too cautious with his advice. Throughout the process, there was very good communication. We always felt that the real estate agent was highly involved.

Additionally, Ben has a good understanding of the various neighborhoods in Haren and can tell you much about them. He also provided excellent advice on making a realistic offer for a home. The competitive housing market is challenging at this time.. As a seller's agent, Ben visited our home multiple times.
