Having a property valued for a bridging mortgage. After much calling and promises from their side, which they do not keep, there is eventually a report prepared. The strange thing is that after two weeks they still needed additional information. It concerns two house numbers, and they had also combined this into 1 report. As far as we are concerned, not a recommendation for this company.

Contact with the real estate agent went well in a good and constructive manner. Real options for selling our house were presented and explained to us. A very pleasant brief report after each viewing was provided. And at the end of the sale, the procedure to follow was clearly indicated.
