Great office, with friendly people and good guidance being outstanding points. Preparation and lists worked well. What I find unfortunate is that real estate agents generally do little for buyers during holidays or special days. Many people want to come on Easter or Saturdays. Why not take an extra step if you have your own business? No collective labor agreement restrictions. Another point is that the commission in rural areas is clearly higher than in cities. For the more expensive segment, this involves a lot of money. Explanations from the industry on the internet I do not find convincing.

Having a property valued for a bridging mortgage. After much calling and promises from their side, which they do not keep, there is eventually a report prepared. The strange thing is that after two weeks they still needed additional information. It concerns two house numbers, and they had also combined this into 1 report. As far as we are concerned, not a recommendation for this company.
