My advice is not to go into the water with this real estate agent. In a difficult period where I had no energy, I gave up control and decided to trust a professional. Unfortunately, this has given me a negative experience: unreliable in providing information/wanting to sell quickly without effort. I bought a house and chose for the same real estate agent to sell my house. That is also what I advise everyone against. The real estate agent then has a double hat which is hindering in the cooperation.

Afterwards, it can be frustrating if it turns out that the seller and buyer have different opinions and norms about how a house is left behind, unfortunately we can do little about this as an agent. You ran into a number of things that the seller never experienced as disturbing and from which the seller did not suffer. Every house has its own 'user manual' and needs maintenance. A previously lived-in house is not comparable to a new build. We then took care of the sale of your own home. In this case, we had 'your hat' on and have strived to represent your interests as well as possible. The sale went according to our wishes and you were very happy. The asking price became the selling price and that was the highest price realized at that time in your area! In addition, we were also able to realize the longer acceptance date needed to move directly to your new home. In short, everything fit; the moving date, the price and other agreements. Therefore, we are wondering where things went wrong and find it above all very annoying that you look back on our cooperation in such a way."
