Excellent service! If you are considering selling your home, I can wholeheartedly recommend Said and Parkstad Makelaardij. I have never experienced such excellent customer service before. My house was sold very quickly for a higher price than the appraisal value, and I had to do nothing but follow Said's advice. I no longer live in the Netherlands and did not need to come back to arrange anything. If your house is empty and Said recommends styling it (renting furniture), do that. Buyers get a better idea of how their own house could look. All emails, calls and messages are answered quickly. All information is clear and concise. Said is an excellent communicator. I can't think of anything that could be improved. The whole process went so smoothly. Thank you Said.
