Ik kan Parkstad Makelaardij alleen maar heel warm en met overtuiging aanbevelen. Said verstaat zijn vak. Degelijke, serieuze en voortvarende aanpak die echt snel tot het gewenste resultaat leidt. Binnen een mum van tijd bood hij me meerdere geschikte potentiële huurdes aan. En dat nota bene in het hogere huur segment. Uiteindelijk na het “kwaliteitsonderzoek” mijn keuze gemaakt. Per 1 12 a.s. verwelkom ik mijn nieuwe huurder met haar kinderen en vindt de sleuteloverdracht plaats.Ik wens hun alle woongeluk in hun nieuwe (t)huis toe en tegen Said kan ik alleen maar dank je wel zeggen voor alle goede zorgen gedurende het hele verhuurproces. Je bent een vakman. Altijd bereikbaar en beschikbaar voor me. Geen vraag was je teveel en kreeg een snel en duidelijk antwoord of reactie.Kortom echt een makelaar die weet wat hij doet en dat met verstand, vakkennis en rust.Oh en by the way… Said gaat ook het beheer in mijn naam op zich nemen. Dus hij on-zorgt echt en volledig! Meer dan een echte aanrader! Bij Said ben je met je pand echt in de veste handen.

Very satisfied, good and quick service. The house was sold very quickly within 1.5 weeks we received a good offer. Said was good and quick to reach, professional, open and transparent. One small drawback: communication from me when the buyer's mortgage was finalized. It is a pity that I heard this through the notary and not from my real estate agent. As a seller it is still nerve-wracking to know for sure that the house has actually been sold. Everything else went well and quickly! I definitely recommend Parkstad real estate. Very, very thanks!

Said is what you can honestly call a nice guy... Open, transparent, realistic. A real estate agent who doesn't hide anything and doesn't beat around the bush; he shows his true self without reservation. He's open about the condition of a property and knows his facts and figures without having to look them up in a folder. He really knows things about the object that others would rather pretend they just took over from a colleague at the last minute. A breath of fresh air, an agent like they used to be! He acts in the best interest of his client but is also clear and open with the buyer; he has knowledge of the subject, takes his time for you, and is almost always reachable.

I had two viewings with realtor Saïd. The first property (a studio) I immediately rejected because it did not meet my housing needs. For the second property (an apartment), I made an offer of €150,000 without a mortgage, which was in proportion to the state of the property that has been on the market for 6 months—there is much renovation needed right away, including the kitchen, bathroom, floor, central heating boiler and toilet. The apartment is worth no more than €130,000, he had estimated it at €179,000 for a property that needs everything to be renovated immediately. This kind of dishonest realtor inflates the market value of properties with their false valuation. During the viewing, I noticed that the realtor arrived 15 minutes late than the agreed appointment time. He was rushed and unfriendly. He did not take the time to show all rooms calmly, and even the storage area was not shown at all. When he became aware of my financial situation after selling my previous property, his attitude seemed to change. He said that he “wanted everything €160,000”, in other words: he tried to pressure me into making a higher offer just so he could earn more himself as he stated. His behavior made me feel like he would hold back the sale if I did not meet his expectations. He thought I was a stupid woman whom he could easily manipulate. I found this way of working far from professional. As a buyer, you want to be taken seriously and treated honestly—this was not the case here. My experience with this realtor was very disappointing and I cannot recommend him. I am glad it did not go through.
