From the start, the contact with Krista Jutstra from Groenhout Makelaars was excellent and pleasant. She is knowledgeable, thinks along with you, adapts to the situation, is well reachable, and always calls back if necessary. After the quick and positive negotiations on her part, I became the owner of what in my eyes is a jackpot prize. Overall, a real estate agent whom I can wholeheartedly recommend.

Contact with the real estate agent went very well. For questions from our side, we received immediate answers by phone or email. A good selling price was established based on previous house sales in the village. Agreements were properly followed up and she guided the (16) viewings smoothly. It was also handy that we received good instructions beforehand about the best presentation of our home. The photos on Funda looked very good, which is why our house sold within a month.
