After a pleasant conversation with Denise, a realistic asking price was set. Thereafter, Denise went to work professionally and within a short time there were several viewings where we were kept excellently informed. The negotiations also proceeded well, resulting in a good solution for all parties involved. The closing process is also very efficient with excellent communication. We are therefore happy that we went ahead with Denise and expect the buyers to be satisfied as well.
