Denise Oskam from Beautiful Living/IMMO 030 impressed us with her approach, but also because she is very honest and realistic. Denise always directly follows up viewings by phone, which is great! Furthermore, Denise is well reachable, takes the time for you, explains things clearly, and really tries to get the best outcome for you as a seller. Right after the sale of our apartment, Denise was on vacation, but the further processing was neatly handed over to her colleague Eric Looijaard. Also with him, the contacts went very smoothly. In short, IMMO 030 is definitely the best real estate agent in Houten for us!
