Denise Oskam sold our house quickly for a great price, and that's naturally what it's all about. She initially valued our house slightly lower than the other real estate agents, but due to her assertive actions, we still chose her. Probably she communicates in the same way with potential buyers, which we found very important. She went along with our wish for the asking price and thanks to Denise, we were able to sell our home at the intended price.
