Denise Oskam from Beautiful Living/IMMO030 was one of the three real estate agents from Houten whom we had invited. She impressed us as very innovative and capable, and her asking price was also in line with our ideas and between those proposed by the others. There were many viewings, but she was able to hit the nail on the head and suggested bringing in a stylist to look at the house. We then made some changes. This turned out to be very effective.
