After years of suffering with our old real estate agent, Denise was a breath of fresh air. The image of a passive, waiting-in-the-background real estate agent quickly disappeared after the intake interview. Denise is very driven, proactive, communicates exceptionally well and goes the extra mile. After determining the sales strategy, things actually went as planned. In our case, a sharp asking price combined with a new, fresh presentation was the approach. This resulted in a selling price that came out just 2% below the asking price! Excellent result, especially considering the competition we had to deal with. I would therefore like to recommend Denise's services to everyone. Her personal attention, expertise and quick decision-making are, for me, the new standard!
