Denise Oskam from MOOI WONEN was the first real estate agent we invited for a conversation. The homes in our neighborhood were sold by her the fastest. During the first meeting, it was immediately clear why. Her approach appealed to us so much that we didn't invite any other real estate agents anymore. Denise has a fresh perspective on the housing market and has a clear vision of how to best sell a house. Her honest approach and attention to, for example, the quality of the listing on Funda immediately paid off. In the first week there were already 7 interested parties, followed in week 2 by another 26 (Open House Day)! viewings. Characteristic of Denise's proactive approach is that she personally followed up with all viewers on a very short notice. Thanks to this approach, our house was sold within two weeks! Denise keeps you well informed throughout the entire process and helps in weighing difficult choices. When we have to sell another house in Houten, we would not hesitate for a second and would use Denise again!
