Denise has managed to sell our home within 3 weeks!! How? By being involved and realistic, and full of new fresh ideas to make the selling process of your home as optimal as possible. For her, all these things are a matter of course. She responds directly and is always open to answering questions, even if they do not directly relate to the sale of the property but for example about the purchase of your new home. What a difference with our previous real estate agent, where we had to chase everything ourselves and eventually took our house off the market. What sets Denise apart from other real estate agents is that she has both feet on the ground. No slick sales talk, but close to her clients with an open, realistic view of things.
