After having our apartment unsold for about one and a half years with another real estate agent, we got in touch with Immo 030 where our contact person was Denise Oskam. With Denise, we found an agent who is action-oriented, communicates quickly and well. At other agencies, we experienced little or often no feedback at all after viewings. It's nice that Denise thinks along with you and is resolute in negotiations. We were advised to make a small adjustment in the bathroom and have professional photos taken. In addition, the apartment was priced precisely, leaving little room for negotiation. This had an effect; within three weeks our apartment was already sold! A minor point of criticism: when we asked a question, on several occasions we were told that our question was not usual and that she had never received this question before. However, the questions were answered thoroughly.
