Denise accompanied us during the sale of our apartment, which was ultimately sold in less than 3 months.\/n\/nShe is an enthusiastic lady who realizes that as a selling agent, you have to take that extra step. Not only for her client (the selling party) but also for the viewers who come by.\/n\/nAlready in the first conversation, she clearly shows her sales strategy, in which the sharp pricing of the property combined with a good presentation are central.\/n\/nYou can also notice that she has a background in 'marketing'. The presentation of the property is important.\/n\/nDenise therefore makes sure that beautiful professional photos are taken and a tempting, but also honest text about what the property has to offer.\/n\/nDenise gives quick feedback on viewings and gives advice on the course of action to follow from that moment on and the negotiations.\/n\/nAs a 'critical' point, I would like to mention that Denise did not draw our attention to the possibility of deducting the transfer tax because we had owned the property for less than 3 years.\/n\/nIn the agreement, this (standard) is taken into account by her, but a transfer date 2 days later could have cost us a lot of money. It is therefore mainly by chance that this ultimately turned out to be advantageous.\/n\/nBy the way, no illusions that other agents would have taken this into account as part of the negotiations.\/n\/nWe had 5 agents on board and no one pointed this regulation out to us.\/n\/nOverall, a positive experience.\/n\/nIf you are willing (and able) to put your property on the market at a sharp price, then I would definitely recommend Denise.
