What we find important in a buyer's agent, we found it all in her. Involved yet professional. Able to assess and oversee the situation well. Thinking along with you. Sharp negotiation skills. Hands-On approach. The house we bought initially was far beyond our reach, but by playing into the situation and market, staying businesslike, and laying out facts, it became possible for us to buy it. This is something only a good real estate agent can do while ensuring all parties leave with a good feeling about it. Besides the tasks we expected from her, there was never any complaint when she went above and beyond our expectations by helping us with matters that were not part of her job description, which made working together extremely pleasant. Additionally, she offers an excellent price-quality ratio. If you truly want to recommend a good buyer's agent, we would advise you to go with Denise.
