During a very painful period for us, after the death of our parents, we were forced to sell our family home and could not have wished for a better real estate agent than Denise. She has once again succeeded in selling a beautiful semi-detached house in Houten-Oost. What clearly sets her apart is that she made all matters as easy as possible for us. She communicates clearly and kindly, often taking the initiative to relieve us of many tasks. Even when our administrative process was not flawless, she helped us get it done. Denise is a real estate agent who truly thinks along with her clients and is incredibly flexible and extremely patient! Additionally, she was very understanding of our situation and managed to make this process easier for us in various ways. Despite the emotional burden, we can sell the house with peace of mind to very nice and respectful buyers, which was really important to us. Here too, Denise respected our wishes. Overall, we can only conclude that Denise truly does her work with love, and this is clearly reflected in the results. Highly recommended for everyone who wants to buy or sell real estate regardless of your background or situation!
