She takes an active role in the sales process and acts like a kind of 'sharpshooter,' finding the right market and target group for each property. Then, she uses a whole arsenal of modern tools to continuously engage and attract this target group every time. It's refreshing to see her at work! Denise has done excellent work in selling my apartment. She was very involved and always responded extremely quickly to communication from me or the buyer. She helped with taking photos, made good use of social media, and suggested ideas to attract buyers. Additionally, she regularly worked on weekends and evenings when necessary. If needed, she reached out to her network and thoroughly investigated any potential issues. Should I need to sell another property in the future, I will definitely contact her again.
