What we find important in a buyer's agent, we found it all in her. Involved yet professional. Able to assess and oversee the situation well. Thinking along with you. Sharp negotiation skills. Hands-On approach. The house we bought initially was far beyond our reach, but by playing into the situation and market, staying businesslike, and laying out facts, it became possible for us to buy it. This is something only a good real estate agent can do while ensuring all parties leave with a good feeling about it. Besides the tasks we expected from her, there was never any complaint when she went above and beyond our expectations by helping us with matters that were not part of her job description, which made working together extremely pleasant. In deze moeilijke tijd is mijn huis binnen 4 weken verkocht. In een straat waar zeker 35 appartementen te koop staan en een heel aantal gelijkwaardig aan mijn appartement. En ook nog 2000 euro boven de taxatiewaarde. Denise heeft overal bovenop gezeten en nu nog steeds tot de overdracht. Zij verdiept zich erg goed in de markt. Ook met betrekking tot het prijzen van het appartement, fotografie en plaatsing op Funda is ze heel alert. Ik ben heel erg blij geweest dat ik met haar in zee ben gegaan. Vol lof.

Denise has done excellent work in selling my apartment. She was very involved and always responded extremely quickly to communication from me or the buyer. She helped with taking photos, made good use of social media, and suggested ideas to attract buyers. Additionally, she regularly worked on weekends and evenings when necessary. If needed, she reached out to her network and thoroughly investigated any potential issues. Should I need to sell another property in the future, I will definitely contact her again.
