After half a year of living enjoyment, I can fully confirm that Denise gave me good advice. Before selling my house at the Rietplas, she suggested making drone photos to highlight the beautiful location of my home. In advance, she provided clear instructions on how to make my property even more attractive. During viewings, she explicitly mentioned the plus points and highlights. It was funny how she invited buyers to sit down on the couch to experience for themselves what the house and the view offer. And that 'climbing stairs' is even healthy for slightly older people!
