We have not yet bought a house through Denise, but so far we have had very pleasant contact with her. We got in touch with Denise to view an apartment. Unfortunately, this property passed us by, but the sales process was experienced as neat and thorough. After all offers were submitted, we were called to inform us that our offer was unsuccessful. Denise took the time to go through our offer + the conditions we had mentioned. When I called a few months later for additional information about an already sold house, I received the same neat and detailed treatment. Again, I was politely called back and given thorough explanations. Denise really knows what's going on in Houten!

The chance of winning a big prize in the lottery is very small. The chance of buying a house nowadays at the asking price is even smaller. Certainly without a real estate agent, that is very difficult. Real estate agent Denise Oskam from 'Mooi Wonen' was a lucky find for us. As a buyer's agent, she managed to bring down the asking price with her expertise. 'Mooi Wonen' real estate agency is recommended for anyone who wants to buy or sell a house.
