Denise is very knowledgeable and highly involved in the sale of the property. We had a good experience with Denise during the sale of our previous home in Houten, and despite Vianen not being her immediate work area, she has thoroughly familiarized herself with the history and surroundings of Vianen. She keeps her appointments and responds almost immediately to questions or remarks from both selling and buying parties.

We can definitely recommend Denise as both a buyer's and seller's agent. She has greatly assisted us in selling our parents' apartment (due to their passing). Communicatie verliep direct al erg stroef. Telefoniste gaf aan dat Denise diezelfde dag terug zou bellen, wat meermaals niet gebeurde. Hierdoor heb ik er onnodig vaak achteraan moeten zitten om überhaupt in contact te komen om een bezichtiging te plannen. Wanneer je als makelaar op je site aangeeft dat je veel en overal bereikbaar bent, en waarde hecht aan contact, bleek dat een beeld wat totaal niet strookt met de werkelijkheid. Bezichtiging verliep wederom stroef. Wellicht kwam dit door de aangescherpte maatregelen rondom het coronavirus, maar hierin hadden ze veel meer kunnen doen. Dat de anderhalve meter afstand bewaard wordt is natuurlijk logisch, maar je kan niet verwachten dat ik als potentiële koper het balkon niet mag zien omdat de deur daarvan dicht zit. Zorg gewoon dat die deur open staat of voor handschoentjes. Zo ingewikkeld is het allemaal niet, en het 'coronaprotocol' leek amateuristisch en/of ondoordacht te zijn in de uitvoering. Gemiste kans, en bovenal vrij bizar. Daarnaast liet de communicatie ook hier te wensen over. Er werd bij binnenkomst verteld dat ik rond mocht lopen, maar enige uitleg over de woning was niet aan de orde. Wanneer ik vragen stelde of aangaf meer informatie te willen werd hier erg makkelijk mee omgesprongen. Na de bezichtiging zat ik nog met veel vragen, terwijl je als makelaar juist duidelijkheid zou moeten verschaffen over een woning en het achtergrondverhaal hiervan. Ik had er persoonlijk veel van verwacht. Gezien de positieve recensies hier en elders wekt MOOI WONEN een positief beeld en ik was daardoor erg verbaasd omdat ik het totaal niet zo ervaren heb. Wellicht is MOOI WONEN een goede optie wanneer je je huis verkoopt, maar als potentiële koper heb je hier vrijwel geen hulp en steun. Ook een puntje wat op de website veel rooskleuriger doet voorkomen dan het is. Begeleiding? Niet gezien. Advies? Nul. Een realistisch beeld omdat potentiële kopers een roze bril zouden kunnen dragen? Juist niet. De woning werd veel positiever beargumenteerd dan hij daadwerkelijk was. Knelpunten of kapotte dingen waren vooraf niet eens benoemd en werden bij het (door mij) benoemen ervan afgedaan alsof het niets voorstelde. Gemakkelijk om deze punten zo op je website te gooien, maar kom deze dan wel na. Kortom: zeer teleurgesteld. Mocht er nog een woning komen waar ik in geïnteresseerd ben die verkocht zal worden door MOOI WONEN zal ik er daardoor nog een aantal keer over na moeten denken. Geen rustgevend beeld als het gaat om een makelaar die juist voor rust, gemak en begeleiding zou moeten zorgen.
