Our house was by no means an average home. The 'history' of the property was extensively explained to the real estate agent by us, which is why the above assessment has fallen somewhat lower at certain points than it would otherwise have been. There was no choice offered from the package of services; a complete package was immediately presented, while there are often partial options available (in hindsight). Additionally, some information initially appeared not entirely correct on Funda. N.B.: energy label and parking on own property. Perhaps a minor detail, but still. We were not immediately informed about their impression of the viewings that took place. We had to take the initiative ourselves here. After the 'bitter', no less important is the 'sweet'. The personal contact with the real estate agent and stylist was otherwise experienced as very pleasant. Especially presenting the house (immediately being able to start selecting furniture, what stays and what can go) beautifully got us off to a good start.

From the moment of meeting, I immediately had a good feeling about these people. Their good preparation and clear knowledge of the local real estate market tipped the scales for me to go ahead with them. They are very active, always equally enthusiastic, and know what they are doing. We live abroad ourselves but were always neatly informed about the state of affairs despite the time difference, even when it fell outside their office hours.
