The contacts went very smoothly and nicely. We could both call and message when we had questions, and the knowledge of the IJlst area is good, which provided complete information. We noticed that our idea of the value of our home was higher than the first estimated value by the realtor; we made this clear and were able to discuss it well with the realtor due to their open attitude and willingness to discuss. The realtor was not the cheapest, but we received good online service (online portal), guidance/advice, and updates in return. For example, we were kept up-to-date during our vacation about developments. Overall, we are satisfied, which is why we recommend realtor Kuperus-Heeringa.
