We came across Klass Jan from the real estate agency Kuperus-Heeringa at a house we were going to view, and shortly after that we needed an agent ourselves. The conversation was so spontaneous and smooth that we immediately felt good about it and decided to go ahead with this agent. The contact is very personal and not like with larger agencies where you first have to tell them all about which house it is. You could choose from different packages, and we chose the full package, which includes sales styling and guaranteed top placement on Funda. Our house went up for sale on a Tuesday on Funda, Saturdays we had an open day, and the following Monday we received an offer that we accepted. So in just a week our house was sold subject to conditions! To make a long story short, thanks to the sales styling and the personal contact from Kuperus-Heeringa agency, I am certain that our house was sold so quickly! And I definitely recommend them to everyone!
