Our contact had a long duration. From the moment we were still thinking about selling our house up to the actual sale it's two years. All that time the contact in the different phases was very good. Good information, she was the calm in our chaos and uncertainty, very reachable, very involved and a nice person. Nice that she remained our contact person all that time. When the house really came on the market it was sold smoothly.
